Are we responsible for booking our flights? Do we pay for them?

Mitsubishi will cover the flight costs for both you and your significant other. Please fill out the registration form online. The Air Manager at Atmosphere Concierge will send you flight recommendations for your approval before booking flights.

Will I be charged for this event?

• You will not be charged for this event; however, it is a taxable benefit. MMSCAN will issue a T4 for this event for the calendar year 2025.

Can I bring a friend, colleague, or relative to the event?

• This program is designed for winners and their significant others or partners.

Extensions are permitted

Rooms are booked at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai from September 7^th to September 13^th . If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel pre or post program dates, additional nights are at a cost of AED 2,661 per room per night (based on double occupancy) plus applicable taxes. Any additional costs for travel and/or hotel will be at your own expense.

Do I need travel insurance?

It is strongly recommended that you have adequate insurance before your trip.

Weather and Attire

What is the recommended Attire?

During your stay in Dubai, daytime temperatures average 28°C – 39°C.

September in Dubai is still very warm and humid, so prioritize loose-fitting, breathable clothing. 

You’ll want to pack lightweight, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen, and consider bringing a light layer for evenings or indoor air-conditioned spaces. Modesty is key, especially in more traditional areas, so clothing should cover your shoulders and knees, and avoid revealing tops or overly tight clothing. 

Evening attire is smart casual (a sport coat, a nice shirt and trousers, or a dress)
