Are we responsible for booking our flights? Do we pay for them?
Mitsubishi will cover the flight costs for both you and your significant other. Please fill out the registration form online. The Air Manager at Atmosphere Concierge will send you flight recommendations for your approval before booking flights.

Will I be charged for this event?
- You will not be charged for this event; however, it is a taxable benefit. MMSCAN will issue a T4 for this event for the calendar year 2026.

- This program is designed for winners and their significant others or partners.
Extensions
Extensions are permitted
Rooms are booked at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, from May 24th to May 26th. If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel pre or post program dates, additional nights are at a cost of $575 per room, per night plus applicable taxes. Rooms are subject to availability at the hotel. Any additional costs for travel and/or hotel will be at your own expense.
